About Down Cape Engineering

Down Cape Engineering was established in 1971 by Arne H. Ojala, P.E., P.L.S. and James A. Bowman, P.E. as a partnership. The partnership was dissolved in 1983 and the remaining sole proprietorship was incorporated in 1985.

Today, Daniel A. Ojala, P.E., P.L.S. is president and together with his father Arne, they continue to provide quality Civil Engineering and Surveying services on Cape Cod.
Down Cape Engineering, Inc. is set apart by our multidisciplined set of design professionals – Land Surveyors & Civil Engineers. Together, our team offers a comprehensive approach to land planning, blending the physical, the practical, and the aesthetic considerations of a project with the objectives of our clients.
